Food is good and they're quick to fix mistakes. One word to the wise: employees, when someone picks up an order that was part of a MISSING order, don't make snide comments. My daughter went to pick up the items that were missing to begin when they shouldn't have been. If someone pays for an item, then don't make remarks about someone picking said item up.To the manager, thank you for your kindness and generosity. The food I ordered was not prepared right. I purchased a 4 peice spicy meal with an extra side of Mac&cheese and a extra side of gravy. The chicken wasn't spicy at all, like it wasn't marinated correctly. Mac & cheese was over cooked like mush. I WOULD NOT recommend. I love "Popey's Chicken" but would not eat at this one again.

The girl at the register looked at me like I murdered her mother. Then the pick up order girl handed me my bag no smile no thank you. Who's training these employees?
