I ordered 3 drinks for my friends, then I asked the cashier to scan my T-Mobile $2 discount. Instead of happily applying the discount and keeping the line moving, he went back and forth with me about how he can not give the drinks for free. I kindly said I understand that and had to explain to him multiple times that I will in fact still be paying for the drinks and that it is only a $2 off coupon.This caused the people behind me wait unnecessarily longer before they can order.Overall,...read full review
We have a total of 4 DD locations in a 4 square mile town and not one of them are what they used to be. Always slow, never really clean and just down hill. I don't drink Starbucks but we don't have one... weirdly enough

I have never met such a friendly Dunkin staff like this one! I was instantly greeted the moment I walked in the store & was pleasant throughout the whole experience!Such nice people and you can tell that this place gets taken care of!Good to know there’s still friendly people out there even during the morning rush hour
