I have never met such a friendly Dunkin staff like this one! I was instantly greeted the moment I walked in the store & was pleasant throughout the whole experience!Such nice people and you can tell that this place gets taken care of!Good to know there’s still friendly people out there even during the morning rush hour

I'm not one to leave negative reviews often however, this Dunkin was so unpleasant that it requires a closer note.1st, I had to explain my order several times, I felt hurried and the mechanical responses made it difficult to understand. I've never been to a Dunkin that the replies were giving so quickly and trained for speed rather than service oriented.2nd, I can understand a business for the high-volume needing to expedite order taking but this was just ridiculous.3rd, I ordered the iced latte which they made into a pumpkin even though I wanted vanilla. The pumpkin flavor tasted artificial and chemically not at all good. The wrap looked like a small soft taco, and he looked slapped together. They forgot the baking egg cheese in the croissant. And when they handed the food over it was practically thrown at the pickup area just 30 seconds later. The only thing they got right was the 6 donuts, but that's because I pointed and called them out. So disappointing.

This is the closest location to my house but unfortunately I can no longer use this Dunkin. They constantly get my simple order incorrect. They charge more than all the other Dunkin locations in the area. Now charging an extra $.50 per pump of flavor, I have never been to another location that charges more than $.10-.$20 per pump. I literally reiterate, medium ice coffee with caramel several times while they are making the coffee and still they add incorrect ingredients smh. Never going here again. Need new management, owner and employees. Throw it away and start over.

horrible service, poorly educated women and if you ask them for different things they mix up what you haven't asked for, and still with a bad face, but what bothers me the most is that you pay for 5 donuts and they give you 3, it has happened to me several times that for In a hurry I don't check the bag, and on 3 occasions they have charged me double for my coffee, ladies if they don't like their work, look for something else to do, the costumer deserves respect, so if I could take away the stars they have been given, I would, because the women who in this specific place have no education and respect to treat customers, horrible way of being - 00 star
