“A great breakfast. Without a doubt the best over hard eggs ever. The whites were white and the yoke perfectly firm without being dry and mealy. Everything else was cooked as it should be and served hot. The seasoning in the hash browns and sausage wasn’t my favourite, but personal preferences aside the meals were well prepared. I would definitely make a return visit.“

“we stayed one night in the deluxe ocean view room at the fisherman's loft. What a beautiful location, the rooms were very clean, modern and cozy and the view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The room had a very and I mean very comfortable king bed, tv, couch, wifi, coffee maker, table and chairs, and an absolutely gorgeous bathroom. plenty of room in the guest parking area, and a great outdoor seating area with Adirondack chairs, smaller chairs and tables. Also a private back entrance to get in and out of the loft. We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Mary, she told us the history of the building and if we needed anything at all to let her know, she was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend anyone that lives in and around the area, and tourists coming to the area to spend a night or more at the fisherman's loft, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!“

“My sister and I were there for the first time last Friday and for sure can’t wait to go back again. What a wonderful place for everyone but especially for the sixty’s people. I have so much to say… and all good. We were blown away! St. John’s certainly needed you. We had the fish and chips and we rolled out of there. The portion size was like no other and so fresh and flaky. Like it was just caught from the ocean. The place was so clean and nicely decorated. Our server Mike was a pro. He knew his job and made you feel as though you mattered. Even the owner Terry- Lynn came over to greet us. They are doing well there and I can see why. Everything was great…not a single thing to complain about. Oh and the music…yes…turn it up…it certainly brought us back in time. Thank-you for everything!!!“

“Heard great things about this location from a coworker so we decided to check it out last Friday for date night. To say we had an amazing time would be an understatement! The server was so lovely, it was her first night on the job but I honestly never would have known only for she told me. Honestly the best service I have ever received, hands down! The food was also amazing, not our first time at a Jungle Jim's, we've been to different locations over the years but our first time at this one and it was honestly the best feed of JJ's we've ever had. The entertainment was also a great added bonus. The band that night was "Down Forward" and they were exceptional! We are already planning out next visit!“

“Had a great time here today. It was lunchtime on a Saturday and it was fairly busy but the extraordinarily professional and courteous servers let us know ahead of time that taking our orders would take a little extra time. It actually wasn’t that long! Our food came fairly quickly. Everyone enjoyed theirs. Glad they switched to potato pieces for the hash browns instead of the other stuff. Could have used some more of the tomato/onion mix and a little more hollandaise sauce. Coffee is great but they weren’t quick to refill, but again, busy Saturday at noon. Overall, a great dining experience. It was, however, relatively expensive for four people.“
