Yummy Italian food, good service, delicious from appetizer to dessert. We were seated quickly, our food orders were all correct, even with changes, and were good portions. This was our first time at a Carino’s and we would go back againKid-friendliness: All of my kids found menu items to suit them (and they are picky) and enjoyed their food.

Great service and the food was delicious. They serve large portions so we had plenty of leftovers. Our server, Jazmine, was so sweet; she was very attentive and friendly. It was busy that evening, so we also had the pleasure of meeting the very helpful and personable manager, Eric, as he was assisting with bringing the food to our table. I have tried a variety of their pasta dishes and have enjoyed all of them.

Only downside is thta the restaurant is a little on the noisy side. We visited after a day at Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National parks. The server was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. We had salad with lemon vinaigrette (very lemony an garlicky, just how I like it), roasted garlic and potato soup, stuffed mushrooms (excellent appetizer) and chicken Alfredo and split a Johnny's special. Chicken Alfredo was meh at best, needed more seasoning in the sauce. By far, our favorite was the green Chile lasagna (totally worth the up charge, IMO). It had homemade noodles and just the right amount of kick. Wish we'd saved room for the many desserts but we were too full! I'll happily come back next time we pass through.
The food was not very good. But they did offer me a different plate. After tasting what my daughter ordered which was the Alfredo, I decided not to eat. We ordered turamusu and it was just as bad. Bread with oil was good
The service was cold and unfriendly. I have eaten/picked up from here several times and have always been pleased.My server seemed less than enthusiastic to take my order. I waited on a to-go order and was not offered water or any drink to purchase for that matter. Not happy at all with my service. Hope the food is decent.

The food was good, but they were out of so much stuff. It didn't help that the cook in the back cleaned the fryer before close time, so no fried food. Meaning the kids couldn't even order chicken nuggets. We had a long wait to get in and heard asked if he should keep open was told yes, and still closed it. Not very professional.
