My fondest childhood memories were of having Mexican food here with my grandparents. The Ruiz, Armstrong, and Roseberry family always had their lunches together their. I always got rice and beans and a burrito of some sort depending on my mood, but to this day, and perhaps it is romanticized a bit, but I can never find as good of salsa, rice, or beans. Excellent service and great authentic NM flavors. I asked the universe to take us to a good Mexican food restaurant and after turning into the walmart parking lot i saw Margos to the left and if your a gme ape after seeing a GameStop near by I knew it was gonna be awesomesauce and it was. Had the 5 cheese enchiladas special and it took me back to my childhood. Margo's is such an amazing place to eat Mexican food! They know what they r doing when making all the food. Great taste and just the right amount of hot chili. Thank y'all for making all the food for my Birthday! Everyone was so impressed with all the food! Y'all are truly the best!!
