Chips and salsa were okay. Atmosphere was charming cute older building. We got lucky with a parking spot! They were steadily busy, not sure who our server was as it was a group effort, they were busy and forgot our refill but no biggie. Prices were good.”

“Excellence dining experience. The ambiance was astounding, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. I encountered a minor issue with the food I was served and my waitress sent the manager to see me and she (the manager) was inquisitive, courteous, and quite apologetic with regards to my issue and very appreciative of my willingness to respectfully divulge the nature of my small complaint. She very skillfully resolved the issue in a manner that more than exceeded my expectations. I will eventually return to dine at this establishment again and highly recommend that anyone in the Albuquerque region to do the same. Side note: This restaurant is a moderately upscaled establishment. I just happened to be in the area for other reasons straight out of work when I chose to dine here and personally felt a bit embarrassed by my personal appearance. I was not frowned upon by the staff or the manager and was treated with the utmost care and respect during my dining experience but I would personally recommend a more business casual type of dress rather than the mechanics clothes I was wearing.”

“Ordered a carnalitas burrito for dining in. This thing was thicker around than my forearm! 🌯🤣 The fillings included lots of shredded chicken, more shredded chicken, garnishes, and other greens. Free sides available at the side bar included triangle restaurant chips; 8 or so different sauces; thin-sliced as well as ring onions; red chilies, carrots and more.

Ambiance was pretty chill, with light traditional folk music in the background. My lady server was friendly, helpful, and I was served quickly and with no fuss. When I was ready to leave, she volunteered a takeaway bag for the weighty half burrito I couldn't fit down. 😁

Location has plenty of parking, being in a grocery store plaza.

Price-to-size ratio hit just right for a single burrito that massive, although part of the menu is a bit too much for said items. But the rest of the menu seems about low - mid average.”

“I came in for about 2 hours on a Sunday to get some work done, WiFi works and there’s a lot of seating. Lots of windows, so nice visually, though the only outlets are the ones along the wall. The person working even brought over a fan when they saw I’d be sitting for a while, which was cute. A few people were here playing games, but everyone kept it at a low volume. Over all great place to stop in for a while.”

“I tried this place back when it was in the same parking lot as Ta-Lin and recently went back. I got a Thai Tea, sandwich with onion tofu, and tofu spring rolls. The Thai tea was smooth and not too sweet, the spring rolls were huge and the dipping sauce was a great peanut sauce, but the sandwich stole the show. The bread was so fresh, the vegetables accented the flavor perfectly, and the tofu was prepared so excellently. The portion was also huge and perfect to split.

The restaurant itself was crowded but still nice- the decor really brought a bit of the feeling of Hanoi to Albuquerque. The prices were also quite reasonable. The service was quick service, but friendly and fast enough. I’ll definitely be back and soon.”

First lobster bisque was lukewarm, 2nd was delicious and hot. first garlic mashed potatoes was room temp as well. No idea what 2nd was like I requested not to bring 2nd but they brought it anyways I did not try. Lobster was over cooked, funny that old Red Lobster was better to eat. Seems weird to say. They brought cheesecake in to go box. Why make it worse to open at home with 2 mini drops, one side. No care at all, husband and I just looked at it and laughed thought perfect end to awful meal.”

Since we knew there was a dining option, we arrived hungry and I have to say we couldn’t have selected a better meal stop! Mark was our waiter and we each ordered something different in order to sample as many options as possible. The Pueblo taco was delicious. The chef makes the fry bread and it was worth every bite. After our meal we ordered and shared the Pueblo bread pudding which was so delicious I forgot to take a pic til it was essentially gone! The manager kindly brought one out so I could share a picture with you. If you are going to Albuquerque, this is an experience you will not want to miss!”

The outside has bars (criminals can't get it) on the windows and a lot of writing and pictures on the windows which looked tacky. The front of the building could use a pick me up makeover and such. The owner made a customer move from a four seat table to a two seat table and said it was because of the rush hour. I did enjoy the food though! I ordered a breakfast burrito and was dreaming I was going to get fried potatoes, but it was a very light serving of hash browns inside. I will definitely be back to try their other food.”

“This was my very first time visiting New Mexico. A huge part of what made my experience at El Pinto so memorable was my server, Azure. She was extraordinarily polite, friendly, and welcoming right from the start.

Coming in, I was excited—and a bit curious—to try authentic New Mexican cuisine for the first time. Azure went above and beyond to guide me through the menu, generously bringing out samples of both mild and hot red and green chiles, as well as the calabacitas, so I could find my perfect spice level. To top off my meal, she brought out complimentary sopapillas!

Azure is a true model employee, and her hospitality represents the very best of El Pinto. Management has an absolute star on their team, and she deserves both a promotion and a raise for the outstanding care she provides her guests.

I'm surprised we waited as long as we did after the rebuild. Oh, there were people there dressed relatively casual. No t-shirts, but many people in nice jeans. We've eaten on the bar/casual side a few times before and the experience there was also positive. Yes, check the prices before you go so you don't get sticker shock. But the truth is, two people could easily have dinner with no wine, appetizer or dessert for around $100.”

Even after they left the bowling alley, they have managed great food at a great price. Staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. The Chile con queso is fantastic. The salsa never lets you down. While the portions are more than I can eat anymore they have lighter dishes that still deliver. If you get there after 6, you will have a wait ~ but it's worth it!!!”

“Great brew in Northeast Albuquerque love to see places that make ciders had the apple cider and that was phenomenal and was a treat to have made and not coming from a can. Staff was great. Bartender was slightly overworked because she was by herself, but you can tell that people stay calm and enjoy the atmosphere. No food trucks were available at the time of our visit but the beer was great. The entertainment and sports games on TV were also great to have when reviewing the menu. Notice that there is some sort of an event every night from comedy night to live music and even music bingo which is a phenomenal thing to have has pinball machines and an area for game playing that the kids can enjoy while you are enjoying your drinks. Will definitely go back to enjoy it again. Have also been told that there is other locations in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Will be back”

They have the typical flavors but one type that I enjoy is the lemon pizza- it’s a fun twist. The Caesar salad is piled high with Parmesan cheese. The shop is small, so only about 3–5 people can be inside at a time, but we actually enjoyed that because it made the experience feel more like a private viewing of the pastries. There were at least 20 different items available, and everything looked absolutely amazing. We decided to try four things this time—one savory option and three sweets: a sticky bun, a donut, a pavlova, and a savory puff pastry. Everything we tried was delicious, and we would definitely recommend trying anything baked here. We’ll be back to try more!”

“We have had coffee at Cup of Cozy twice. The coffee tasted fresh and brewed perfectly. In contrast (in my opinion) Starbucks coffee has a burned taste. There are Christian scriptures and messages on the walls and even on the paper cups, which I liked. They play Christian music, too. I would rather have silence. But if I have to hear music at a store, I would rather hear that than the loud and sometimes vulgar music that some stores play. Cup of Cozy has a menu with lots of modern coffee drinks. But we haven't tried the fancy drinks.”
