A Thursday at 2:30 pm before Easter 2024. Ordered cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake. During order at drive-up window, I was informed they no longer make shakes. I thought: the best burger in town has no milkshake?!?! Not evnn apologies? Food was awesome as normal. What was not normal however was the service. Normally the service is really good. Today not so much though sadly.waites for over 20 mins for 3 tortilla burgers no lettuce and a larger Frito pie no lettuce. The drive thru has one at the window and one at the speaker as I walked in. Unfortunately, my experience here has been consistently disappointing as the ice cream machine seems to be out of order about 70% of the time I visit. It's frustrating to see milkshakes advertised on the menu when they're often unavailable to customers. I hope the management addresses this issue soon.
