Unfortunately, my experience here has been consistently disappointing as the ice cream machine seems to be out of order about 70% of the time I visit. It's frustrating to see milkshakes advertised on the menu when they're often unavailable to customers. I hope the management addresses this issue soon.

A Thursday at 2:30 pm before Easter 2024. Ordered cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake. During order at drive-up window, I was informed they no longer make shakes. I thought: the best burger in town has no milkshake?!?! Not evnn apologies? That made my view of the local chain go from interesting (and I should try the place after living in town for a year) to mediocre. The cheese burger met my modest expectation. The fries were soft and limp. Wait time was modest.Parking: Strip commercial, mid-block. Did u-turn in 7 lane commercial corridor, 40 mph speeds. Drive defensively thru this corridor, accidents frequent.

While the food overall is good, the restaurant disappoints in its treatment of the green chile, which is an important element for an establishment that hypes it up. Rather than incorporating straight chopped green chile into their food, they opt for a strange/slimey green chile sauce that leaves much to be desired. This choice not only affects the flavor but also negatively impacts the texture, causing the bread to become soggy when put on a burger. Implementing a more traditional approach with chopped green chile would significantly elevate the dining experience, potentially warranting a higher rating. Disappointed.

Food was awesome as normal. What was not normal however was the service. Normally the service is really good. Today not so much though sadly.waites for over 20 mins for 3 tortilla burgers no lettuce and a larger Frito pie no lettuce. The drive thru has one at the window and one at the speaker as I walked in. One person ordering ahead of me and 1 guy waiting for food. The one guy who was waiting for his food and ate it all before the guy I'm front of me got his order let alone me getting my order. I could see if they were busy but they weren't. They also had what seemed like 6-7 employees.

My first time there today. The food was good but not the best. I ordered a regular burger but they gave me a tortilla burger, also the salsa for the taquitos wasn't hot which was kinda disappointing but for the price I'd go again.
