Good old fashioned NM food. Generous servings, authentic flavor, funky decor. And great margaritas. Went for late lunch and had the place to ourselves.
Horrible experience. Server was rude and food was stale and guacamole looked rotten. Used to be good. ? place was dead during lunch on a Saturday which seems like the place is going downhill. Lots better options for Mexican food in Albuquerque. Go somewhere else.

I was in a party of three at 11 am on a Saturday. The decorative atmosphere of this restaurant is fantastic. The service and food were excellent as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the bold flavors of the chips and salsa. They had a smoky flavor that was different from many restaurants in Albuquerque. I ordered the huevos rancheros with carne adovada. I do not believe I have seen this combination offered at another restaurant in town. The combination was excellent! Another in my party had the tamale plate, which he found very flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to eat here again soon.

My seafood tacos were the best I've ever had in my life!! No lie! Excellent service. Ask for a tequila shot with a cinnamon orange instead of salt and lime!! Omg!

I loved the atmosphere in this place. It was dimly lit with cloth napkins. I thought it was a beautiful relaxing place to spend some time. I would reccomend it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I ate here. I went to lunch with some co-workers and we picked this place at random. The location is not in the best area, but it's not bad for a locally owned restaurant. I liked it here because they have good service and good food at a good price. Our food came out quickly and all of us really enjoyed our food. I really liked that the quality and quantity of the food was really especially for the price. One of the best things about this place is that they give you free Sopapillas that are delicious. I would eat here again and recommend others to eat here if they're in the area.

This is one restaurant that I always go to when I am in Albuquerque. I've been coming to eat here for decades. The enchiladas are spicy and delicious. Hubby had the tostadas, also delicious.Our server was terrific, attentive and friendly. I don't know his name, but he was excellent.Thank you for a wonderful meal and a wonderful server!
