Prepare to have your taste buds/mind blown by this ridiculously delicious BBQ with a New Mexican twist. These guys have perfected the art of smoking meat and you can taste it throughout the menu. I've loved everything I've tried but the Green Chile Smash Burger with Brisket is just absurdly good. This is quickly becoming my favorite food truck in Albuquerque.
Wow! This was the best BBQ I've had and then with a New Mexican twist. AMAZING. The meats were not only smoked to perfection but put together in a way that will blow your mind. I will be seeking out this truck for my BBQ fix from now on!Kid-friendliness: Very accomodating to my little eater who is ver particular.

I absolutely loved my meal at NewMex-a-que! It's so evident that the chef has a talent for BBQ by their tender, smoky meats as well as a solid respect for the art and flavor of New Mexican cuisine. This fusion is to die for! The staff is super friendly and accommodating to my toddler. Can't wait to eat this food again.
