The food was good. Ordered the tacos al pastor. The person fulfilling the order was efficient, but came off as sullen. The male at the cash register informed us that he didn't have any change and "it was only 25 cents". He gave us our change short a dollar and the 25 cents.It is an experience we won't be repeating. There are many other restaurants in the area offering good food and friendly service, all without short changing the customer.

Horrible experience with this particular location. Children whom do not seem to want to do any real work are running this store. My order was messed up and not packed correctly. I called the Customer Service Number and was offered a "Free Drink". I believe that there are about ZERO people whom would expect or even take this completely LOUSY and RIDICULOUS offer when an entire $30 meal was messed up. The first offer should have been a full refund not "a free drink", which literally cost Chipotle about 35 cents at best!! The 3.8 average has bots all over it. These are not real reviews they are BOTS period!! Chipotle has decided that Children can rule the world and if they cannot actually do great customer service, they literally use Bots to cover up the real reviews with FAKE 5 Star Reviews!!

I love eating here, though most of the tables are messy due to no time for cleaning lobby. As a former employee I can assure the freshness and quality of meat, guac, rice, mild tomato salsa, cheese, and veggies. There isn't even a freezer in the store. I recommend this place for vegans and vegetarians as well, since there are so many things available to them.
There was barely any barbacoa and when I asked for more because they were mainly filling my bowl with broth they said it would cost more, fine. Didn’t make a difference. Chips were stale.To top it off the guy at the register bagged it upside down, by the time I made it home the bowl leaked all over the seat in my car and the bag fell apart.

I stopped eating at this location 6 months ago because the service sucked. Went back today thinking that they may have cycled through their staff. They cycled through their staff but the service still sucks. Their favorite line is “we are out of that” from cheese to forks, if it’s not there they won’t go to the back and get it. Keep in mind they are a bunch of kids running these places and probably need an adult manager. Chipotle service sucks

This location isn't managed properly they are always out of meats, chips, salsas, etc. The most common is the chips. I see they have some made in the back, but they always state they can't sell them since they are reserved for online orders. The past 4 times I've been here, it's always out of chips. I come at various times of the day, so I'm not sure if it's not being stocked or made properly. The dining room is always trashed as well food on the tables and floor customer have to wipe it down themselves. I can see if their under staffed, but there's usually 4 to 6 employees working. It's baffling how this store is managed as it's super popular for the area. Please get it together.

Food is pretty good, I think the staff could be a bit more friendly, I pretty much felt like it was take your food and pay then leave. Very little conversation and smiles. It wasn't even busy or anyone behind me

The black gay guy gave me dirty looks, sighed, and gave a sarcastic laugh when I asked for only beans and cheese and extra of the two. Was very rude. Everyone else was very nice and nice to talk to.
Worst experience EVER. They were out of all the August Fresca drinks at 715pm, I asked for a drink refund and they refused. They were completely out of napkins in the entire store, and I asked for a few of the napkins from the hand wash station behind the register as I have a 3 year old with me and they refused. I had to beg for 2 napkins from the back. I am speechless. Girl working counter was SO rude. Every table was so gross too, I honestly could not beleive our experience.

I have been ordering from the location since the store opened it's 3 or 4 blocks from my house. When the store opened it was great since 2020 the food is terrible and the service is worse the employees could care less this is the third time this month over half of my order is simply just not put into the bag.and for the price you would think you would get better service.i understand inflation but it's more than doubled over the coarse of two years. Please go back to how it used to be. As far as I'm concerned from this point forward I'll drive to the paseo location at least they roll burritos the right way and not like a square smashed tortilla box
