This is a fantastic burger. The bun is brioche... it's buttered, and then toasted to perfection. The burger patty is ground from brisket and chuck, and the flavor is delicious. It's also 1/2 pound. I ordered medium-well, and it was cooked perfect: the patty had a nice char on the edges, and was very juicy.The green chile was hot and had excellent flavor. Honestly hands down the best burger I've had in a while good local drinks and 100% friendly. Thank you to everyone who made this a great experience. I'll definitely be back. Everything was excellent the food was cooked to perfection and with real cheese non of that frozen
