Saturday Mar, 30th. The food is absolutely amazing. Don't listen to other reviews. We ordered dinner with the server and the kitchen window is connected to the dining area. Service was slow tonight because only one person is running. Kudos to her effort but they need more staff. Drinks are above par and worth the price. They are not weak.
We Had a nice, eager server. We enjoyed our sandwich a lot. But we ordered two beers almost immediately after sitting and it took over 15 minutes to get two beers. We had just got our beers and the sandwich at the same time. And it wasn’t that crowded. Apparently it was a mixed drink “rush” so we had to wait our turn. That is what our server told us. The new food menu at Hollow Spirits is fantastic!! We had balsamic bacon wrapped goat cheese dates, wings, the giant mozzarella cheese log, pasta alla vodka, and the burger with amazing hand cut parmasean garlic cheese fries. Each were presented beautifully with a unique sauce that was to die for, and of course, the drinks are yummy!! I love the fun casual environment, rooftop bar, and now with the upscale food menu, Hollow Spirits is definitely a new fav spot of ours!!
