The new food menu at Hollow Spirits is fantastic!! We had balsamic bacon wrapped goat cheese dates, wings, the giant mozzarella cheese log, pasta alla vodka, and the burger with amazing hand cut parmasean garlic cheese fries. Each were presented beautifully with a unique sauce that was to die for, and of course, the drinks are yummy!! I love the fun casual environment, rooftop bar, and now with the upscale food menu, Hollow Spirits is definitely a new fav spot of ours!!

Saturday Mar, 30th. The food is absolutely amazing. Don't listen to other reviews. We ordered dinner with the server and the kitchen window is connected to the dining area. Service was slow tonight because only one person is running. Kudos to her effort but they need more staff. Drinks are above par and worth the price. They are not weak.

Having the kitchen be separate is just plain dumb.The drinks are good and the food used to be good but their system to order the food is so ridiculous that we left with only ordering one drink. We wanted to go eat and enjoy some drinks, but instead we went somewhere else where ordering food is a better experience. Too bad we really wanted to buy a couple of bottles.

We used to love coming here till all the changes especially with the menu.We specifically used to go for the poke bowl because it was absolutely amazing. Couldn't find anywhere in town that had one that good.Now that the kitchen and bar is separate it just isn't the same. Haven't been back since

We Had a nice, eager server. We enjoyed our sandwich a lot. But we ordered two beers almost immediately after sitting and it took over 15 minutes to get two beers. We had just got our beers and the sandwich at the same time. And it wasn’t that crowded. Apparently it was a mixed drink “rush” so we had to wait our turn. That is what our server told us. But a couple went up to the bar and got beers immediately so not sure about the system. Maybe take 30 seconds every once in a while to serve a beer? That’s my suggestion. Plus pretty sure a manager or owner sitting at the bar.Although we had a decent time. We left to have our next drink at another local distillery due to situation.

The staff were really welcoming, the atmosphere is so nice. The food is over priced, 6 tiny wings for $15.. “Salad” $12 also small and really had nothing to it.Also was a tad confusing to order from the bar and then use the kiosk to order food..

This place used to be great until all of their changes. Its pretty much lost all of its appeal it used to have. Food is mediocre now and drinks are the same you can get anywhere else, except with better service. Oh well, guess its just the new Abq vibe. ?♂️

Place was good now it looks like it is going down hill. The Bar and the food service are fighting. I went to get a drink and some food . No hard copies of food menu. No help to order so I went somewhere else to eat . Last time I will ever visit this place .
