This place seems to allow their employees to do lines of coke and take shooters in the bathroom instead of actually taking care of their own customers. Do not eat at this location. Most of the girls walk around with a horrible stink face anyways

This place is trash. The food is not good. The service from the girl "Isa" was alright if you like a HORRIBLE attitude, slow service and to be ignored. The wait time to get anything is just down right ridiculous. lust another dive hole in Albuquerque. Don't waste your time on this place. Zero stars if i could.

This place has gone down hill!! It's like quality of service doesn't even exist any longer. Our server was either intoxicated or high! Beer was warm, server forgot drink orders, meaning took at a minimum 30 min to get a drink then they forgot my wife's drink, which added another 15 on that.. so bad the assistant manager came out to serve drink, then to top it off my wife catches a few of the servers in the bathroom taking shot of liquor in the stalls!! We reported it to the managers who seemed attentive, but not sure if they were able to find out who the servers were last we heard they looked in camera to see who was entering the bathroom. This is the official last time I will step foot in an Albuquerque Hooters franchise. I can only hope the owners look at the past yelp reviews for their sake it's their investment and they do not deserve to lose money because of bad staff and hiring process... Sorry hooters but not the smartest business model.

Food was good. The problem I had was the cook was eating while he was cooking and he was also touching raw chicken he never changed his gloves I watched him take at least 5 bites Watched my food sit on the counter while the waitress sat and talked with a customer

I hate to start a review on a negative note. With that being said I enjoy going to Hooters and go there often but I obviously had a terrible experience this time around. I went today to meet some friends where we had a few beers and I ordered some food. Somehow everyone around me and the surrounding tables got their food before me without an explanation. As time went on I didn't think much of it until the server came back with my refilled beer and dropped the entire thing on my lap. I understand accidents happen but this beer went all over my lap and all over my food. She took away my food and my beer and brought me replacements after another extended period of time. I received both but she charged me for everything. I'm not sure if it's just me that thinks that decision was wrong or not but honestly some kind of compensation was in order. Not only did I wait twice as long for my food but I was charged for a beer that was literally poured all over me. I'm not saying to avoid this establishment but this was uncalled for and extremely uncomfortable not only for me but the people in my party.

I was trying to have a decent meal with a friend, and when I was done with my meal my friend pointed out a small rat running through the restaurant. After seeing it to believe it my stomach turned felt sick. Food tasted fine, but I felt very uneasy after seeing that.

I've ordered takeout here several times using the Yelp app. Never had a problem until today. Sure, it's not the most engaging or clean Hooters location, but the staff is pretty nice.....normally. Tonight my order was confirmed and "ready for pickup" but when I arrived the kid answering phones and wearing his face mask as a chin strap was so rude I almost lost my religion all over his smug face. I called customer service who then tried calling the restaurant, but the service agent said she kept getting hung up on. Ultimately it's a management failure. The staff clearly has no worries about accountability. They'll continue to get 1 star reviews until management changes hands.

Not the one to leave reviews. But it was empty and it took forever to get sat down employees and manager were walking by us and didn't approach us. Finally we got sat down and no one came up to us for at least 30 min again employed passing by us and not approaching us at our table, so we got up and left. Not only is the service bad but the restaurant is also disgusting.

Hooters was very good. We had wings boneless and regular.and II got the Buffalo Chicken Salad. I guess I really never noticed that they charge for ranch and blue cheese. I mean it makes sense but I was shocked when it was $10.00 in ranch charges. Other than that service was great and we had a great time meeting up with family.
