I went thru the drive thru and my order was done right but the person working the order window didn't repeat my order And was a little sarcastic and bad attitude but the food was good I think staff at the windows should get more training before they are assigned to the window customer service is a big thing and if you don't communicate with them it can couse problems with the customers .
One of my favorites and idk how someone can complain about not getting free food lol I seen someone’s comment on here and thought I’d say something haha there food is really good I love

Jack-in-the-Box has really gone downhill so sad. I worked there for many years when they first started and they were training their employees right we used to have to repeat the order after they ordered it repeat it at the window before they paid and repeat it as you handed out to them, needless to say I got the wrong Food today and it didn't even taste all that good really disappointed in Jack-in-the-Box
