Sandwich was really good and bread was fresh, delivery took 45 minutes to go 3 miles from location, thought that was sloppy. Otherwise good when it's actually open

Couldn't tell you if the food is worth a review as it has been an hour and a half of waiting for my 2 sandwiches. Lunch break has come and gone and yet no food. Last time I order from Jimmy

Freaky Fast? Anything but. After waiting 1 hr 15 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. All I asked for was an ETA and to confirm that the order had been made and was on its way. The first person on the phone was dismissive and after ONE follow up question, I was handed to the GM. (I did not ask for this to happen, nor was I angry on the phone.) The GM blamed “the economy” and said the driver left 40 minutes earlier with 7 orders, then hung up the phone.

Can’t speak to the food as I haven’t eaten yet but felt the need to review due to the staff. We did an online order for a group the day before pickup. Upon pickup they chewed us out for not giving them a 24 hr notice which they admitted is not something that is asked of the costumer anywhere. They also chewed us out for not leaving a tip for our pickup order and gave indication we may not even get our food without it. Not even close to acceptable . I know it’s hard to find good workers these days but you got to do better than this.

It was closed but it is definitely open with nice fence for protection from all the people u don’t want walking up to you while you eat your food great add on I must say long over due but it’s there now that’s what matters downtown starting to open back up little by little

They never answer the phone and ordering on line is maddening.

I get that there are staff shortages. Having my employee cursed at, because JJ attempted to deliver when she ordered pickup for the office is inexcusable.

I called in an order about 12:30 for 6 sandwiches. I said I would pick them up because I’ve had some delivery issues in the past. We have a secure building and sometimes there have been issues with the driver leaving. The person that took my order advised me it would be about 20 minutes. I showed up at the store at Central and Yale in Albuquerque, NM at 1:00. I walked up to the door, and it was locked. There is a sign on the door that says “Lobby closed. Order online.” I knocked at the door and the man who said he was the general manager came up to the door and pointed at the sign. I said I did place an order and he opened the door. He asked my name and said he’d be right back. He came back in a few minutes with someone else’s order…someone named Chris…I said that wasn’t mine. I ordered 6 sandwiches. He closed the door again and went to look for my order. He came back and said, “We delivered it.” I asked where they delivered it since I didn’t give them my address. Apparently, since I called in an order in the past they assumed I was at the same address. Then things got crazy! He started screaming at me, literally screaming at me that he had had enough of “you angry bxxxxxs” and he would take my payment off the card. Then he said to NEVER call them again. He walked away and I knocked again. He opened the door and I asked him, “Did you really just tell me not ever to call here again?” He said yes that he was sick of me and he flipped me off…using both hands and banging on the window thank you very much…and kept screaming FXXX YOU!!! I assure you that I did NOTHING to warrant this kind of reaction. I was a bit upset that I had driven up to the store to pick up my food and it wasn’t there, but that was it. And to make matters worse, when I got back to work I found that indeed the driver had been there, but he refused to leave the food SINCE I WASN’T THERE TO SIGN FOR IT!!! That 'General Manager" got his wish...I'll NEVER be calling them or any other Jimmy Johns for that matter!
