Dietary restrictions: However you order your food just inform them what you can or cannot have and they will make sure you get exactly what you are expecting and you will be very pleased with the service you are provided KFC!!!!!!Parking: Menaul and Eubank is always full of open parking spots just an open parking lot it seems like a small location but it's not it is just placed in an odd location, One of my favorite KFC's in all of Albuquerque!!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking spots and wheelchair accessible entrance and exit with plenty of wheelchair accessible tables throughout the floor plan also handicap accessible restrooms

Service was great!!! But the food was so disgusting!!! Chicken was dry Mac and cheese looked like they had been sitting there all day!! As a former KFC employee I never remember the food being that disgusting!!! I will never go to this location again!!

Once me and my family ordered our food we found a seat minutes later, as we were enjoying our food, there were multiple cockroaches underneath our table. When I started to gather the family out of the restaurant, we noticed that there were carcasses of roaches that people had already stepped on. I will definitely not be going back anytime soon.

Never have I had such bad customer service. Employees very unprofessional. I ordered two large mac and cheese and maybe gota serving and a half in one and a little bit more in the other. I also got 2 large mash potatoes and both had different amounts in it too. I am a large house hold. So I went back to ask for more or something different. The 2 "female" like Employees where rude arguing that they only do 3 scoops. I said that is fine and if that was the case wouldn't it be the same amount? They were argumentative and dismissive and when told that she stuck her tongue out at me. And did the lovely 505 head swivel. I'll be call the owner on Monday. Don't go to this location not worth it.

Got a 2 piece dark chicken meal for 9 bucks. The supposed thigh had 3 small bites (not sure what it was), the leg had 4 bites. The biscuit was hard. What the heck! What kind of respectful place does this? Never again. Oh, also tried to call them 2 times, no answer!

This kfc is horrible management is horrible they always run out if food like 3 hours before they even close. The cook is lazy says the cashier but who knows anymore horrible service seems to be the norm everywhere
Almost 2 hours before closing time and for whatever reason they weren’t selling more than half of the menu. Also the order taker wasn’t too friendly.

Terrible food and service just now!I can understand running out of original and only having crispy chicken, but, gross mac & cheese and biscuit hard as a rock! Yuck! They also didn't give me my receipt so, rude lady on phone remembers me ordering but can't help.
