Tried the new 12th street location. It recommends to order on the app. DON'T DO IT. The app does not transmit all your order. They shorted us French fries and a fruit cup for my kiddo. Support a better burger place.
I placed an order for takeout and once I got home, I realized that the chili cheese fries were missing. This required me to make a trip back to the restaurant. After I returned home again and began eating the burger, I discovered that it was not fully cooked, prompting yet another trip back to the restaurant. This time, I requested a refund.
