This McDonald's is terrible. Takes forever to get your food. You walk up to ask for something employees ignore you and are rude. The play area is always freezing, and you put parking upfront for delivery drivers instead of your own customers who are there to eat.

People just don't care now days and this location needs people who care, and the service could use some serious improvements.. waited a long time for a online order which took me 20 just to get there and it still wasn't ready. No one manning the front counter for 10-15 minutes and their buddy comes waltzing in steps in from of everyone and says hi to everyone while throwing fingers at employees in a kidding way but unprofessional behavior and must have been another employee off from work, not sure, anyway the food is never up to McDonald's standards and this place looked more like a place to hang out and not a business.

I ordered an adult happy meal with a big mac. This is the last time i will be going to mcdonalds. The burger tasted plastic. The bun felt fake. I understand that McDonald's is not "real" food but this is beyond unacceptable.

My food was incomplete, also I ordered a decaf coffee they didn't add sugar and cream.
It took them three tries to make a hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot and whip. I ordered it on my phone, but they gave me an iced drink instead. When I mentioned it was supposed to be hot, they asked me to pull up. After waiting for 10 minutes, I parked and a lady brought out another coffee, once again, not what I ordered. I returned inside where they made me another one. The entire process took 20 minutes to get my coffee that morning. I haven't been back since. Usually, they are on point, but it seems that when the girl at the first window refuses to give you the receipt, saying, "You're good" as she waves you up, my order is always wrong.

In my maps it said this location closes at 11pm. When I went there it was about 5 til 10pm. I usually like to order through the kiosk but there was already an employee at the register so I thought I would just order there. The employee seemed like she was counting money or something so I waited for her to finish. After about a minute I asked if she was ready and she rudely replied “just waiting on you”.As I was waiting for my food another couple sat down to eat and that same girl yelled at them that the lobby was closed! I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I couldn’t sit down to eat it when it’s ready. The maps on my phone said the dine-in closes at 11pm! Not 10pm. Not a big deal but I didn’t realize I would be kicked out after ordering. Been going to McDonald’s since I was a kid. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s employee be so rude.

I hate this place I only come here because its close and convenient but even that's going to change I am sick and tired of every time I order a frappe please pull over and I sit for 15 to 20 minutes until they bring me out my frappe and it's already melted or my orders wrong one time they got my order wrong and had the audacity to accuse me of ordering it wrong it was my fault it was wrong I come here I order the same thing for my family every time and every time I get asked to be pulled over wait forever to get a melted frappy with a messed up order I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog their staff's rude it's ridiculous
