First our drink order was wrong. Second, when we got home the fries were undercooked. Third, the Quarter Pounder was still pink and mooing. That's three strikes!
BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kendrick, I hope you read these. I went in this AM to place my order. A male manager was on a step latter cleaning the shake machine. There were 2 other employees and NOT ONE of them greeted me. The male male manager in Spanish told Karina to help me. She walked over with NO SMILE, NO hello, NO GO TO HELL. Horrible customer service. Orders are always taken down wrong. Never given correct items. Workers always talking to each other, never the customer. Sloppy service. You can’t order a mighty kids meal here because they don’t know what size items to put with the food, Small, kids size, they can’t figure it out!
