Authentic Chilango food, for those who don't know a Chilango is a person from Mexico City. This is the only place I know of in the city that sells pambazos, a sandwich that's one of the mainstays of Mexico City. They also sell birria using the traditional goat meat which I rarely see in the city, which is delicious and a must try. They held my bag for me while I went into the courthouse. Then i ordered some carne asada fries, and they were amazing. Cooked fresh when i asked. Delicious food with a little kick. I will eat here again.
If you're looking for flavors, authentic flavors then nena's is your place. Chicken has his own flavor it has a kick into it You can taste the chiles it helps with the chicken being neutral with the flavor. Al pastor very authentic not overwhelming but it has that flavor that you looking for when you looking for Al pastor.
