“It's a good location that has maintained their quality control for many years. I've gone in to some smoke from burnt bread, but that's been a couple times over a couple decades. More often than that, I'm greeted by the delightful scent of Cinnabon. The staff is usually helpful and friendly.“

Very apologetic, we go there once a week. At least this experience was very badd. Customer service was horrible, thank you. Audi for. Fixing the situation. It took all.I had to not make a big scandalous scene in front of everybody.This girl was horrible didn't say thank you.

“Jonathan was amazing, I come to this subway very frequently I work right next to it so I’m always getting a sub on my lunch break and Jonathan is usually there 99% of the time he’s friendly respectful and has great work ethic he genuinely enjoys to work there and serve me my food amazing food service and just amazing everything the other staff on Jonathan’s shift are also amazing every time some one’s working with him they always work just as great as he does very pleased to eat here no matter what!!!!“

“It tastes just like home. I grew up in Pt Pleasant, graduated from Point Pleasant Boro HS. Went to Mike's Subs all the time and when I come up here to Albuquerque it always tastes just like back then. It's the best sub you will ever eat! And the atmosphere is so friendly.“

“Go Monday for the mushroom soup. The manager makes you feel like family. The food is great. The Rio Grande and the chicken Salad are two of my favorites. The Waldorf salad is always fresh. It's not fancy but the portions are generous and the price is right“

“3 stars ⭐ My coworker had raved about this place, saying it was a step up from Subway, no nitrate meat, and using a special oil aioli. So, my expectations were high. We had ordered the sub party box. Classic, the super ham, turkey, and veggie- I tried the turkry. Servings were literally like the butt of the bread. Too much lettuce compared to meat, although looks can be deceiving. Pairs good with the drli mayo. And, normally I'm not a huge fan of provolone like is offered on the subs (I mean I'll eat it but why can't we all just love cheddar and call it good??). Overall, it was a nice gesture.“

It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don't leave out the brownie! It's a cozy little place inside.You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating.He said, "This is really good." My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it's good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there's a lot of businesses there, but it's worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from there again.“

“Been awhile since I had been in a Which Wich. (back visiting Dallas) Wife & I decided to give this one a try. Service was outstanding! Melanie was able to help us through the process of how to order. I thought I remembered how, but left some things out. She quickly assisted us to get the order perfect. Wife didn't want chips, but she recommended fries, WHO CAN TURN DOWN FRIES! I never even knew that was an option. Kaleb stepped up to finish our order, while Melanie began helping others. What a great team of employees. Kaleb got our sandwiches out first, fries came out next. Hot & delicious . These two employees customer service skills will keep me coming back. Now next important thing was food. Our sandwiches were great, fresh taste, perfect to what we wanted. As I said fries were great. I love the perfectly crushed ice from the machine. Lots of choices to drink soooooo ice tea it is. The building was clean, easy choice in seating, nice view of Sandias, plenty of room for a group. Some people added their own art to the walls. It's kind of a fun touch or connection with the place. Parking lot is a little quirky. No way can a RV, large truck, or vehicle with trailer fit, so you will have to figure that out. We highly recommend this place for the reasons above.“

Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired.They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter.As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done.Thank you Thank you both!“

“The guy working at this subway at around 730pm did an amazing job! He was working alone and still perfected all 3 orders. Does anyone realize he could walk and we all would've been left hungry, waiting on a loved one in the hospital. Lovelace is rough. The front desk staff sucks. “The customer service was amazing, but the temperature of the restaurant was WAY too hot, it is completely against health codes for the owners to neglect the repairs of air-conditioning. Customers and employees are sweating just being in the building. It was just as hot if not hotter inside the building than outside and it was high nineties as of the posting of this review.“

“I used to come to this location a lot, but it fell off a while ago. I came back today out of curiosity, and it's turned around for the better! I spoke to the new manager, Anna, and I was assured the staff is working to make the store as good as it can be. I will definitely be returning!“
