Despite our financial constraints, Tammie, their exceptional business owner, was extremely accommodating and assisted us in making our special day memorable without breaking the bank. The food itself was awesome, which was evident from the endless praise from our guests. A noteworthy mention is their efficient planning that ensured no food ran out, a concern our family and I had from previous challenging events that were not catered by them. Special Touch Catering is so great! We reached out to Tammy for our wedding, and she was efficient in sending us information to get us set up for tasting. She has so many options to choose from, and she offered plenty for when we actually went i. We had the charcuterie set up for our wedding, which turned out beautifully! That was my favorite even though I was too busy to eat any! Tammy and her staff are so professional and amazing to work with.

The wonderful ladies at A Special Touch Catering definitely came through for me I selected their chicken breast stuffed with green chilies and Monterey Jack cheese and their shrimp scampi. Special Touch catered our daughter's wedding this spring at a local Episcopal cathedral for 115 people. Since I was the wedding planner by default, I was a bit nervous about the reception. SPT was able to obtain all of the linen and table rentals necessary to present a beautiful dinner for the reception. Tamera and I had phone calls and an in-person meeting to make sure all the details were covered. The pre-dinner celebration featured delicious appetizers and a festive non-alcoholic punch, infused water and lemonade and they brought a bartender to handle beer and wine service. The food was delicious and attractively presented. Special Touch left the commercial kitchen better than they found it, ready for the next event.
