This team is a rock star. Yesterday after finding that my 14 year old daughter torn her ACL and needs surgery. Also, she is sad because her volleyball season is over. The only thing can cheer her up was going to Starbucks so we did. We left laughing and knowing she got this. I forgot my wallet as my mind is everywhere right now. This team saved it for me THANK YOU SO MUCH. ❤️
I can't rate Starbucks anything less than five stars. The corporation is one I stand behind, have worked for in the past, and know people working here now. They treat their employees well and their coffee is good notch.My favorite thing about Starbucks is that no matter which location you visit, you can expect the same quality service, product, and price. I've visited Starbucks around the world and it always makes me feel like I'm back home.

Hit or miss here. Some of the staff is dirty. Looks like the rolled out of bed. Long wait for order. Alot of standing around and chitchatting. Zero sense of urgency! Sunday at 1130. Not very busy time & took 20min:(

This post is based on customer service today! I placed an order online for fast pick up! So the idea is you place it ahead of time so you can save time. The young lady had to ask the other employee to help with orders. Mean while the remodel inhibits the way now you pick up your order at this location as in go around the customers standing in line to receive your order. Then if you order a snack of some kind and another customer took your order you have to wait until the employee can get what you ordered. It is not that I am impatient with Starbucks but the service lately has gone down hill. I can remember the excitement of getting your Starbucks but now I have friends and family who literally boycotted The Starbucks franchise because of the service. It is more of an inconvenience to get that joy in a cup.

In line before 730, pulled up right at 730 and was told it’s closed despite the sign on the door and all sites saying 8. If you’re lazy or short staffed, be honest and say that, because you weren’t supposed to be

Both of the drinks were horrible. I don't believe my coconut milk latte expressly was mad correctly when I asked why it wasn't a grande got told all ingredients are the same just a bigger cup. Believe I got only a splash of coconut milk.
