These people obviously know nothing about customer service. I never even made it in for a smoothie to tell you about the quality of the food. The poor quality of service kept me away. I tried talking to a manger about my concerns and she rushed me through the phone call and said she would fire the employee! 😳 I told her I wasn’t trying to get the girl fired. I just wanted them to know that they were losing business because they stopped serving people before the closing time...read full review
