“If you really want Vietnamese food with truly authentic taste, you have to come try this place. Honestly, they have the best food in town, maybe even the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I’m super picky eater, especially with Vietnamese dishes, but I have to give this place a solid 5 stars. I actually drive two hours every week just to eat here. The PHO is always perfect, and the wonton and noodle soup is absolutely amazing. And you have to try the Happy Cake, it’s like a Vietnamese pizza—crispy and packed with flavor.“

“First time trying this place, I ordered togo Pho and Egg rolls! As a Vietnamese, I confirm that their Pho tastes very close to the authentic taste! Very reasonable price, about $22 including tax for both! Friendly and caring staff! Highly recommend this restaurant if you want some real Viet food! 😋👍“

“We stopped at Viet Taste very hungry after long hike in the Sandias...impressed with clean, bright feeling of the interior & the service Brian provided. He got our order to us right away & it was delicious, fresh & well prepared. We shared order of Spring Rolls & each had Fried Rice, my friend's with chicken, mine with very crispy Tofu & lots of vegetables. This was a great find & we'll be back! “Of course I’ve had the pho but this time I ordered tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Super delicious, could eat about 4 of those. I usually get the chicken with veggie broth pho but was recommended the brisket with lemongrass broth next time. Will try.“

Bugs me going through a 10 page menu with 10 items listed 100 times. we order their spring rolls on our way to Costco. They make them right in front of you. Tasty and delicious an at eight dollars and several options, This is a great alternative to grabbing a burger on the way home to Edgewood.“
