El Jefe serves up authentic Tex-Mex flavors that hit the spot after a long day on the slopes. The beef fajita tacos taste like Texas, and the churros are phenomenal. The el jefe and carne asada burritos are also amazing, and the cheeseburgers and fries are surprisingly top-tier. Despite long waits and high prices, the atmosphere is great and the food is incredible.
