The first time I visited here I was in street clothes the girl that waited on me gave me a senior discount. The second time I visited I was in work clothes and didn't get the discount and the same worker waited on me. I didn't mind the discount but I didn't ask for it and I'm not a senior, although I did just have a birthday. The tables were dirty like all of them. Long Johns was not bad which I had the first time I was here. The A&W burger was mediocre at best. The area near the drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. Which judging from the tables I am not surprised!

This is what mom wanted , wasn't impressed today especially for the price , today very rude hateful people working , quality of food extremely bad . Probably won't go here again for awhile. Since in Belen New Mexico very little choice for out to eat.

Service was horrible, we ordered a 2 piece chicken with an additional chicken. We got a 2 piece fish with an additional chicken. So we took it back and they and they gave us 2 additional pieces. They gave us 2 more pieces of fish. We did not discover this till about 5 miles up the road. I don't know why I assumed they would get it right.

I went through the drive thru to purchase the no. 11 platter. Some of my chicken was missing. One of the Marinara sauce packets was open for my cheese curds. Several of the malt vinegar packets were empty and stuck together. I think the packets opened inside the box and the rest of the box was stuck together. The container had Marinara sauce in several places on the outside. The food was warm. Missing food has happened before, but this is not ok. These meals are pricey.
The staff is always friendly. The service needs a little bit of improvement. I waited way too long for my food order one day when I was dining in the lobby. I felt like they forgot my order. On another day, they forgot some of my food items on a carry out order I had made. I went back the following day to have them correct the mistake. The manager on duty immediately corrected it. The restaurant atmosphere is ok. I wish their juke box still worked.

Ugh! That's all I can say! Yuck.... Just find somewhere else to eat fish. Sorry. The food is greasy, remember when they used to give you a ton of fries to make up for the lack of fish? And the little crumb things? Not no more.. Do not recommend Long John Silvers in Belen, NM.

I wish I could give them negative stars the customer service was so bad. Never eating here again. I called in a family order just to be told they can't make it till I arrive. My husband goes for the meal and goes in to pay he heard the guy call out the wrong order he tries to correct the person and the man says my husband is wrong, then proceeds to say do you want your order because I don't have to make it. When my husband asked for his name he said it is KaAl. And he hopes he gets fired. He laughed because he knows LJS won't do anything.

I decided to go to the drive up to place my order because it looked empty when I drove up, got to the order station placed my order hoping it would be ready quickly, I noticed 3 of the staff out back smoking up a storm, I got to the window and waited 10 minutes for the guy opened the window just to take my money and waited 20 minutes for my order in which they F’d up on, keep in mind there is still nobody ordering inside the store I could see the workers inside playing around by the registers from my truck …I finally got my order took it home to find out it was all wrong management needs to get it together at this location …

Wow what a change at this location! This place is being run amazingly lately with excellent customer service, fresh hot food, and speedier turn around times. The management is obviously new since we last went, a good 2 yeaea ago, and they really turned this place around.
