Service was horrible, we ordered a 2 piece chicken with an additional chicken. We got a 2 piece fish with an additional chicken. So we took it back and they and they gave us 2 additional pieces. They gave us 2 more pieces of fish. We did not discover this till about 5 miles up the road. I don't know why I assumed they would get it right.
I went through the drive thru to purchase the no. 11 platter. Some of my chicken was missing. One of the Marinara sauce packets was open for my cheese curds. Several of the malt vinegar packets were empty and stuck together. I think the packets opened inside the box and the rest of the box was stuck together. The container had Marinara sauce in several places on the outside. The food was warm. Missing food has happened before, but this is not ok. These meals are pricey.

First off-- The monster was sold separately. I had a great time eating at the Long John Silvers located in Belen, New Mexico. I love the retro/nostalgia feel the restaurant has. It reminds me of a 1950s burger joint AND you can buy fish and chips. The staff is amazingly accommodating. Iwas allowed to purchase a monster energy drink from next door and ate it with my meal. I loved every second of being here. I will return and continue to encourage others to visit!
