This is literally the worst Sonic location in existence. If Belen had any other options whatsoever, this location would not exist. You want ice cream? Sorry, they're out today. Drinks? Sorry, no ice. Maybe some food then? Nope, out of that too. On any given day, they're undoubtedly going to be out of at least one of the above. It's a gamble every time. If you like restaurants that are out of half of their menu at all times, frequently get your order wrong, and take 37 minutes to prepare a simple order, you'll love this Sonic location.Honestly, someone should conduct a study on this Sonic, because the fact that it's still in business is a genuine scientific anomaly.

I usually don't go to Sonic as the quality has not been great in a while. Let down again. Ordered a coney with onions. No onions included on that or on my burger. They could have at least said they were out. Of course you don't realize these things till your home. Also they put the patty cheese side down which is just gross because then it's glued to the bread.

Went today, January 16th, 2024, just for a vanilla, cherry coke, waited about 20 minutes, I said aww no, I left.

Orderd my normal super sonic breakfast burrito NO MEAT , green chile instead jalapeño, grilled onion. Was extremely disappointed. Very little anything in my burrito had to go to my mom's & actually cook egg put in it I refuse to pay $6.00 for a burrito with nothing in it again. Very unsatisfied!!!!Dietary restrictions: Very deathly allergic to pork. Very sensitive to needs. @ Belen Sonic & Eubank & I-40 Sonic
Got a blast and two separate shakes, and the ice cream was just vanilla ice cream on the bottom they made it seem as if it was the shakes by adding toppings .Manager said I had to take the ice cream all the way back across town or they wouldn't refund anything or give credits and hung up one me

i really do hate to say this, the staff are incredibly short spoken & rude. i placed an online order & waited almost 2 hours. when they finally brought it out to me is was the wrong order & cold. i had them remake it & they made it wrong. another time i was in the drive threw & waited 45 at the window for a shake & a pretzel. when i did get my pretzel it was burnt.
