Management need to be replaced with better thay have no experience in Management and peform porly thay are very rude and disrespectful do not cear about customer or ther employees thay nee to be held accountable and replaced immediately form my profishinal apenon i wuld not work ther ?
I usually don't go to Sonic as the quality has not been great in a while. Let down again. Ordered a coney with onions. No onions included on that or on my burger. They could have at least said they were out. Of course you don't realize these things till your home. Also they put the patty cheese side down which is just gross because then it's glued to the bread.

This is literally the worst Sonic location in existence. If Belen had any other options whatsoever, this location would not exist. You want ice cream? Sorry, they're out today. Drinks? Sorry, no ice. Maybe some food then? Nope, out of that too. On any given day, they're undoubtedly going to be out of at least one of the above. It's a gamble every time.
