“We came in tonight not realizing they were closing (we hate being those people) but the staff told us to take our time with eating, despite they were closing. They also allowed others to come into the lobby after they were starting to lock up. That alone shows their customer service skills! Great job Bernalillo Baskin Robbins!“
“This is my favorite paleta bar, always delicious, and my partner and I go out of our way to get the blueberry limeade, I wish it was always available cause we get it by the jug.Cecilia was a wonderful help, she remembered I love taro milkshakes and is always friendly and does a great job.My current favorite is fresas con crema, absolutely delicious, I think about it all week.“

“Crumbl is always a good experience when you pick up or order your cookies in store! The crowd is young and fun and the cookies are always consistent. I usually don’t go often unless I see a flavor I want on the app! The semi-sweet chocolate chunk is to die for with the salt on top. YUM!“
“Sweet neighborhood spot. Love the Bee Bite with butter toffee frozen custard. The staff is very friendly and easy going. They also take advantage of the ambiance on 4th street with the string lights; we really enjoyed the patio with all the other families who were taking in the summer evening. We will definitely be going again, a new favorite for us.“
“Our mid schooler & friends love to have sleepovers on the weekends. They enjoy stopping by Chill Zone to see what's happening on the way home. It's always some new adventure! I just wish you kept yogurt boba popping pearls in stock.“

“This is a nice Dairy Queen in town with all of your ice cream options but excluding most of the tradition hot meals that a typical DQ offers. Overall is clean and tidy on the inside. Tables are kept clean in between customers. Service is speedy.“
“My husband and I were leaving mini golf when we saw this place and thought we'd check it out. Back home we don't have anything like this (yet!) so it was new and interesting. Alex assisted us and walked us thru creating our own delicious desserts. I selected the Hazelnut Crunch bar with White Chocolate and fruity pebbles. I was AMAZING! The flavors complimented each other and were both fun and satisfying. My husband isn't picky which can sometimes be a bad thing at places like this. He knew he wanted the avocado bar but after that he didn't know. He asked Alex to pick for him and he chose dark chocolate with pecans. It was so tasty that I was only offered the tiniest bite to try since hubby wanted the whole thing (lol). All in all a great experience and I hope that one of these stores will open in SoCal! And a big shout out to Alex! He was great, friendly and was a huge help. Someone give that guy a raise!!“
“This location is like most Dairy Queen’s that have limited parking space. We came for the free cones, we added cherry dip to our cones. Service was quick, but I just be wary of how food is handled. I am very observant unintentionally, it’s just how I am. Overall experience was our first time here we give 4 star cause it did take awhile to get out of the full parking lot. And no gloves /hair net being warn by everyone behind the counter. That’s just basic food handling requirements.“
“Great place out here close to the 528/550 area. Very friendly staff and lots of different types of ice cream pop creations. I had the pistachio dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in pistachios. The crew asked if I wanted extra drizzle on top and they were super friendly and patient while I choose from about 30 different ice pops.“
