This location is never prepared properly. There is more dough of the pizza crust than actual pizza. I give it another try and they are out of the pizza requested. As convenient as they are the frustration is not worth it.

Service sucked had to wait at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged and when we asked for the new little puffs we were told they were only for online orders only and they didn't have time to make any for walking orders and that the stuffed crazy bread would take about 20 minutes to make when they got a chance to make them. We won't be back to this store. I'd rather drive to a different location farther away from home before we deal with this staff again.

Ordered a pretzel crust cheese sauce pepperoni and the new pizza cups online in the app. App said items were on oven at 6:05. About 6:20 I asked and they said it would be ready soon. Later they said they were out of the pizza cups and gave me cheese bread instead. I think they were also out of pretzel crust and cheese sauce. They made me a regular pepperoni on regular crust with tomato sauce. They put a TON of pretzel salt on it making it way too salty but that doesn't make it a pretzel crust. So, they got nothing right. I won't be back.

We attempted to order the nre stuffed breadsticks, which they advertise as "3 for $3.49". Upon ringing them up, the counter girl advised it would be "$5.23". I informed her that it was impossible for that item to have almost two dollars in tax. She explained, "I don't know, I just work here." Nice try on ripping me off. No sale, total fail.
We love this store fast and always friendly, but why take away the restroom ?? Also this, we need a restroom for the kids when we get food there.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no restroom for my grandma in the wheel chair .
Don't order from here or on-line. I ordered today and didn't get my pizza amd bread sticks till 15 mins after my selected time. I came home and all my stuff was under cooked! I will never order from here again. Staff isn't professional and food isn't cooked. I had to throw it all away as I was going through it.
