They accommodated us well;the food was scrumptious and the portions were perfect.My husband had the duck.He said it was the best he had ever had and was cooked to perfection. The chili sauce paired well with his meal.I had the sweet and sour chicken along with the fried rice.I enjoyed the meal .It was so tasty and when I asked for more pineapple to put with it the woman kindly brought me more..We enjoyed our meal with no complaints whatsoever and we are looking forward to our next visit . We highly recommend Siam Bristo.You will not be disappointed.”

“LOVE the tea and cannot wait for one to be closer. I have encountered an issue with the same guy who works there the last two times going into the store to get gallons. He acts like we are such a burden and he doesn’t have time for us. The store has not been busy either time (which i could understand then) but we have been the only customers besides one other and the drive thru line was not busy when we went in. Please put a smile on your face and not roll your eyes at me next time.”

Our order arrived quickly, the food was amazing and served piping hot. Our waitress (DeMaris?) was friendly and attentive. Lots of local families there, which is always a good sign, and kids of all ages. We will definitely be back!”

“Best ribs in town!! I stop by this food truck religiously every weekend to grab a full rack of ribs. This guy loves what he does and does it well. Do yourself a favor and stop by and get a rack. The desserts are homemade and also worth your time, the pineapple cheesecake is easily my favorite. If your trying to solve that bbq craving this is the spot! I would have added a photo but I ate it all already!”

“The food and service are great. It was quite busy and a bit noisy at lunch today which couldn't be helped. I had their really good huevos rancheros and my lunch mates enjoyed their carne asada and chile rellanos. The salsa is tasty and a bit spicy hot. Very enjoyable!”

“Valentine’s Day Review – We made our Valentine’s Day reservation online in advance. The reservation page showed multiple menu options for February 14th, so we expected some variety. When we arrived, however, there was only a single printed menu with one appetizer option, two entrée choices (Steak Diane or fish & lobster), and one dessert. The menu had “$87” printed at the top. I specifically asked our waitress if that price was for two people, and she confirmed that it was. The menu also stated a complimentary glass of champagne was included, but we were never offered it. To start with the positives: we expected it to be crowded and were fully prepared to be patient and enjoy the evening. Our drinks came out quickly (their drinks have consistently been good), and the appetizer arrived fast as well. However, once the entrées came out — very quickly — it raised some concerns. We were told all steaks would be cooked medium with no option to request temperature. The steak was cooked as described and tasted fine, though the portion was small. The fish and lobster, unfortunately, were noticeably overcooked, with the lobster being rubbery. The speed of service and lack of cooking customization made it very apparent that the food was pre-prepared and plated assembly-style. At a higher-end restaurant, especially on Valentine’s Day with premium pricing, buffet-style or bulk pre-cooked execution is disappointing. When you’re paying elevated prices, you expect food prepared to order — not something that feels pre-cooked and reheated for volume service. That was honestly the biggest letdown of the night. We were prepared to spend around $90 plus drinks. What surprised us was the final bill — $240. That’s when I asked to speak with the manager. The confusion stemmed from: The online reservation page showing multiple options. Being told $87 was for two people. Not receiving the advertised complimentary champagne. The manager explained the updated details were posted on Facebook and that the website wasn’t updated. Not everyone relies on Facebook — many customers depend on the official website when making reservations. To their credit, I paid the bill and remained respectful. The manager applied a 20% discount, which essentially covered the drinks, and offered to personally assist us in the future. The Rails has a great atmosphere and strong drinks. But for a premium holiday experience, clearer communication, accurate pricing transparency, and food prepared to order would have made a major difference. Unfortunately, this Valentine’s experience felt overpriced, misleading, and below the standard expected from what is considered one of the more upscale restaurants in Clovis.”

When the girl who took my order was ready to give up on the difficult decaf, and said she was going to refund me and send me on my way, you my dear, persevered and came out successful! You single handedly stopped me, a heavily pregnant toddler mom, from having a small meltdown… again…. caffeine and I are on a short break for now, but a girl still needs her iced coffee. And you my queen delivered! When I see you in the morning I knowwwww I’m going to have a gooooood coffee! Keep up the amazing work girl!❤”

“Had the AL Pastor plate with a melon drink and they both were amazing! Everything is made to order. Mine came with 6 tacos, 2 chicharrones, 2 chicken, and 2 shrimp. The melon drink was extremely flavorful and refreshing. I'll definitely be going back again to see what other delicacies they have on the menu!”

“Today while traveling through the wonderful state of New Mexico, I found myself in the establishment of Applebees. I walked in was greeted by the hostess and she directed me to the bar. That is when I was approached by the wonderful bartender who was so welcoming and helpful. I believe her name is Diane or Deanna. I was treated with the most upheld respect and was beyond helpful.
