Cuba becomes that "wide spot in the road" Driving from Albuquerque to Farmington. I highly suggest one makes one schedule fit to be hungry and ready for a break as you pass through Cuba NM and stop in. You won't be disapointed.
El Bruno's is so good. We drove an hour out of the way we were going, just to eat there. They have some of the best Mexican food that we have ever eaten. The staff is super friendly and we love the atmosphere of the restaurant.We highly recommend El Bruno's.

True New Mexican Landmark. My wife has been eating there since the 90's. Great food, green and red Chile were both excellent, large portions and great Sopaipillas!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!
