McDonald's has taken a backward steps in terms of customer service with use of their limited terminals. If you don't want to use their terminals you have to wait an interminably long time to get someone to take your order. You can't do much in the way of customizing on the terminals. For example, I don't really like McDonald's sauces of any kind. Not easy to exclude and or substitute. This applies to all locations, not just the one I visited.
