My wife and I tried to go in Saturday and the manager said she wasn't going to open the doors until 10:30am even though the door says they open at 9:30am. It happens every weekend because they are "short staffed".
Don't order online. I used the app to order a plate with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and they forgot the entrees. when I opened the plate, it only had white rice inside.

Apparently 'shrinkflation' has been adopted by this store. I ordered a two item plate, the entree portions were minuscule. I am not a big eater and will get two meals on this. Also the broccoli beef had lots of broccoli, yet not really any beef.
