Don't know what happened to Big Cheese. Let down. $10! For wings 6 pc!! And these are so small! I could get a pkg of drumsticks for $7 from Safeway. Come on Big Cheese! Pathetic.
Very bad service. Every time i placed an order, they make a mistake. Always no jalapeños on the pizza or they for got the extra bread stick sauce.It's not even busy when i place an order. I had to wait a whole hour again.Yes it's true... the management on duty doesn't even acknowledge us customers. At least for waiting that long, give us a salad and a drink.At other places they give us salad and a coke. For messing up on the order.I think big cheese should take the blame...read full review

I love the pizza and the environment in the dining room and entertainment room, although some machine like some games and the ticket counter were broken or won't accept and tokens so hopefully it can be fixed before I can go back there some day
