I love the pizza and the environment in the dining room and entertainment room, although some machine like some games and the ticket counter were broken or won't accept and tokens so hopefully it can be fixed before I can go back there some day

Very bad service. Every time i placed an order, they make a mistake. Always no jalapeños on the pizza or they for got the extra bread stick sauce.It's not even busy when i place an order. I had to wait a whole hour again.Yes it's true... the management on duty doesn't even acknowledge us customers. At least for waiting that long, give us a salad and a drink.At other places they give us salad and a coke. For messing up on the order.I think big cheese should take the blame for not reading orders. And take responsibility seriously.

This is awful pizza. There's little sauce on the pizza and it's not good. They put the minimum amount of toppings. It's quite expensive as well.The "arcade" area is half full of non-working machines. I appreciate that they still use quarters. Tickets don't come out of a lot of machines.
They forgot the pizza sauce!!! & offered 10% discount. Unwelcoming, staff very indifferent to quality, does NOT abide by CDC precautions and guidelines. Not worth speaking with manager. Not worth coming back!
