The spring rolls and peanut sauce was very fresh.I had the shrimp noodle bowl without cilantro and that was very satisfying! I barely had room for the last appetizer which was the egg roll and sweet and sour sauce. Our party of 6 had a very fun time with delicious food. Thank you! We'll definitely be back.

Do not go here and don't drive out your way like I did. I'm traveling across the country drove out of my way. It says they're open till 8 o'clock. I arrive at 7:32. The guy inside tells me sorry the kitchen is closed at 7:30. we can't serve you dinner, unbelievable I've never even heard of such a thing. What a terrible business.

Only other place we've enjoyed phó taí was our family friends restaurant in Corpus Christi, TX. Very close in taste as far as authentic Vietnamese goes. Give them a try. The servers are always friendly And prompt.

As far as I know, this is the only place I know of in Gallup that has Pho. Unique little spot but such a great place. Food was good, service was great and among all things, it was open on Sunday. The charbroiled pork is what I had, and I can tell you the servings were big and worth the price. Make sure you stop on in.

Amazing food. Definitely get the spring rolls. We had chicken Vermicelli with egg roll and beef Pho. The chicken was tender and flavorful and the pho broth had great umami.
