Zen Sushi offers good service and decent food, allowing customers to order from their menu or adjacent buffet. The restaurant has a new menu, now called Harmony, and features a super nice staff. The Pink Lady roll is a standout, and the sushi is generally good. The restaurant is a great find in Gallup, with friendly and fast staff. With a few updates, it could improve, but overall, it's a great spot for sushi lovers. The addition of new rolls and all-day sushi hours is a welcome change.
