Excellent place with friendly staff. I got the green chili and cheese tamales were absolutely delicious. I'm vegetarian and they were very accommodating, recommending the red sauce (green sauce has chicken) for my tamales. The rice and beans are also vegetarian (no lard). My dad got the enchiladas and they were excellent. Tortillas are also great. Can't wait to return.Vegetarian options: Beans and rice are vegetarian (no lard used in beans). Green chili and cheese tamales are vegetarian if eaten with red sauce.

The owner Christina is a completely rude has no customer service what so ever and the kitchen is absolutely disgusting I ate here and the red chile burrito was disgusting and made me sick would never recommend this place ?

We usually stop here on our way to Albuquerque from Radium Springs. I really don't understand how the reviews are as good as they are. Tourists? They're pretty sad burritos. Breakfast burritos are skimpy on everything but egg and potato and tortillas taste store-bought. They charge $3 for little bottles of water which is absurd. They also charge $100 for a gallon of chile which is laughable. I really only recommend this place if you're low on options, which is typical in Hatch. Extra star because they're nice.

FABULOUS FOOD, very small seating area. TERRIFIC PRICES. Friendly & clean. I've been there 6 times. Family operated . Co This is a terrific place. In early ( February) 2024 we ate there 4 times ! Every time-- it was delicious, exactly fixed to our minor substitutions, friendly, DELICIOUS, reasonable, quick, clean, cafe.
