I love arby's food! That being said, it was a terrible experience caused mostly by the guy in the window actually asking me to come back in an hour because he didn't know how to use the register and that is when the guy who knew how to use it would be there.

This is by far one of the absolute worst Arby's I have ever eaten at! The service is horrible. Doesn't matter what shift you catch. It's always been the lunch shift I catch, since I work down the street on Bender. Their attitudes are horrid. The service is garbage. The food is severely lacking. If you get the proper order you're lucky if it'll be fresh and even luckier if you get any decent human being behind the service. I'd rate no stars if possible. My entire workplace refuses to eat at this Arby's!!!

Arrived New Years Eve around 3 pm. My wife and I usually love Arby's so we said let's eat... walked in employee was getting up to go to counter and another asleep in a booth. Food came out fast...however the meat was soggy and reminded me of potted meat. Hardly and cheese sauce and the buns were soggy. We mentioned to the woman up front and she kept just asking about the meat....I will refuse to ear there again.

honestly disgusting. i came here to eat a meal but it was hard to even enjoy when their teen employees are making out right in front of me. i don’t know what they think this is but they need to be held accountable for not taking orders right, learn to use their manners etc.

This was my first time to visit this location and I would have to say that they were the best of them all. They hooked up the food nice and fresh. Plus they had wonderful customer service.
Wow someone needs to retrain their employees!! Kids that were working were rude didn't get our order right and the chicken was the crumbs from the bottom of the bag just breading roast beef was sliced thick and was so dried out the ends were curling up so called manager lol didn't know how to do a refund or that fries come with a meal
