Their ceviche plate is fantastic! This place is my favorite thing about Hobbs. Sooooo good. The downside is the service is a bit slow for my liking, but I eat fast and for most people I bet they like not being bugged so much while eating. Definitely try this place. You will not be disappointed.

First off, stop what you are doing & go eat at Maria’s! While you are eating, finish reading this review & others. This place is incredible. The food, awesome. Staff, awesome. Cleanliness, awesome. They have outdone themselves. This was my first time eating here & I’ve been coming to Hobbs for 20+ years. Shame on me for taking so long to find this place. Enjoy y’all!Kid-friendliness: This place was full of family. Felt like we belonged here.

I’m a traveling consultant and I’ve eaten Mexican food all over the place for the past 40 years. This is hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I came here for breakfast and liked it so much that I came for dinner. The flavors are amazing. You won’t easily find real Mexican food made like this outside of someone’s home.
