I don't know if they are all called like that, but this is the best Mongolian grill I've ever had. The lady there really knows how to preserve the taste of all the ingredients. Great variety also. The rest of the buffet is also pretty good. A lot of vegetarian options yaaay.
Food is as expected for a Chinese buffet. The lady that does the Grill cross contaminated her meats. She was putting her raw meats into smaller metal containers. She scooped the shrimp into a smaller container with her gloves on. But instead of changing gloves she used the same hand and glove to scoop the beef into another container, she did the same thing with raw chicken. I also saw her messing with her phone with her gloves on and continued cooking with our changing her gloves....read full review

The atmosphere and service are good. However this is some of the blandest food I've ever had at a buffet. I've tried it 3x now and only one time was it to have much flavor. Maybe it depends on who is cooking.
