Took my sister and her boyfriend on 3/23/24. We were 5 minutes early for a 6:30 pm Saturday night reservation and were seated immediately. The staff was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. My bone-in pork chop with bourbon sauce was very good, hot, perfectly cooked and juicy, although the sauce was a bit too sweet. Wife's prime rib was the mid-rare temp she requested but very dry and underseasoned. There was no au jus. Our hand-cut fries were great but many of them got soggy from sauces/juices on our plates.
