“Took my sister and her boyfriend on 3/23/24. We were 5 minutes early for a 6:30 pm Saturday night reservation and were seated immediately. Service was terrific, Evelyn was attentive but not intrusive, friendly and polite, a complete pleasure to deal with, and spot on with food and wine questions and recommendations.We started with bacon wrapped jalapeños, which had bacon crisped to perfection and generous cream cheese stuffing. Right as we finished that, the salads came, which were great too. As we were wrapping that up the entrees arrived, so timing all night was perfect, even during prime time on a busy Saturday night. I had the Centennial filet, which has been my go to for years and it was great as it always is. My sister, who had never been before, tried the blackened chicken and loved it. Her boyfriend, who hadn’t been in a long time, said the ribeye was excellent. We finished with a three way split of the chocolate cake and ice cream which was superb too. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for, great atmosphere for quality conversation complimented by delicious food and terrific service.“
