The drinks were delicious and the desserts were served warm but can be served at room temp. “If you're in the Hobbs area and need a coffee, look up Rig Water Coffee on Facebook or on Instagram @RigWaterCoffee to find out if they're at their "usual" location. Please support small businesses! Their trailer is typically set up in front of Dryland's Brewing Company on Navajo Drive, across the street from Ashley Furniture. Keep in mind many local companies and such hire them for their events, so they post their schedule on the two above-stated social media sites. On 5/3/2023, I tried them for the first time. I opted for the "Salesman" which is an iced coffee made with honey and oat milk ($6). You can also order this 20 oz. concoction served hot. I would definitely order this again. They offer other milk alternatives: coconut, almond, and soy. Plus they have teas - not to mention cocao, Red Bull, and protein drinks. The service was friendly and fast. I only have one complaint and this mainly has to do with the City of Hobbs regulations... WHY? Oh, why do food trailers *have* to use generator? They could easily plug into Dryland's, but no. Rig Water has the loudest generator ever and I'm getting older and can't hear a damn thing except said generator! Lol. Love their slogan of "meet me at the rig." “Ordered the New Mexican grilled cheese and the signature cold brew both of these were 10/10 My only complaint is that it took a long time to get the grilled cheese. I overheard one of the girls saying "you forgot her sandwich". Both girls behind the counter were very slow to make orders. Before you knew it there were 3-4 people still waiting on orders. They really had no sense of urgency.“

“Ordered pick up they brought order out forgot hash browns, no big deal, drove around through DT to let them know and get rest of order. At the box great, next window awesome. Last window I told the lady she asked for receipt okay I have this on bag, she talks to someone asks me for bag …um okay I give it to her but felt some kinda way as if I was trying to get over on themFor some hash browns. “We have McDonald's Fridays in my family and their cokes have been Flat and I guess today they didn't have any ice and the way they remodeled this McDonald's you cannot get any refill on the fountain drinks so you have to wait at the counter to get refill and on top of that they look at you and don't even ask you if you need anything.“
“I come here for ice cream only. More specifically the nutty coconut ? ?. Ive alway had great service here staff are nice and polite. Most importantly patient cause I have a big family. Can't say much about the donuts and coffee but if you want some good ice cream baskin Robin's/dunkin is the place to go in Hobbs.“
“The new remodel requires the restaurant to provide a better quality of service since nothing is accessible for self service. I understand the reasoning for the limited access to drinks, ketchup etc.With that being said. My food has been almost cold while dining in. The facility is dirty and I have watched several customers walk out due to no contact from staff.Coming through the drive through I have had to wait for drinks. I received my food but was asked to park and wait for drinks. This seems like a very poor efficiency in a fast food service.“
